1. The Referral Campaign (the “Campaign”) is open to all active members of the Entrepreneurs Organization (“EO”) from 15 February to 15 April 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
2. To qualify for the Campaign, a member must refer a prospect who meets the qualification criteria set by EO. A qualified referral is defined as a prospect who, after being referred, successfully becomes an approved member of EO Global, with payment received and processed. Each qualified referral will enter the referring member into a draw for a chance to win one of ten $1000 vouchers to the EO event of their choice.
3. The $1000 vouchers can only be used towards EO events taking place before June 30, 2025. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
4. One winner per region will be selected from the pool of eligible entries. The winners will be chosen by a random drawing conducted by EO Global.
5. The three EO Chapters that successfully convert the most members during the Campaign Period will be awarded a complimentary strategy summit or a mid-year summit. The summit must be scheduled to take place before January 1, 2025.
6. Conversion of members must be completed before June 30, 2024, to be eligible for consideration in the Chapter competition. A “converted member” is defined as an individual who has been approved by the local EO Chapter and subsequently approved by EO Global, with their payment received and processed.
7. EO Global reserves the right to disqualify any member from the Campaign if any fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.
8. Winners of the Campaign will be notified via the contact information provided by the member during the referral process. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within the specified time, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. EO Global reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. By participating in the Campaign, members agree to release and hold harmless EO Global, its affiliates, partners, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Campaign or receipt or use of any prize.
11. The Campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
