The EO Network app has been officially retired from the app store. With our new EO Hub in place, we will not be replacing the EO Network app at this time.

 

  • WHAT APPS WILL BE RETIRED?

    As part of a reinvention of EO’s operations, the EO Network app has been retired The EO Hub is your one-stop-shop for all things EO!

    The official EO Network app is the only one we have retired. If you’re uncertain which app has been retired, see the image for reference.

  • WILL THE OFFICIAL EO EVENTS APP ALSO BE RETIRED?

    No, the EO Events app will not be retired.

  • WHY ARE WE REMOVING THIS APP?

    The EO Network app was built using older technology. This meant that any updates members made within the app wouldn’t be updated in the new systems we are building.  As we update our technology, a key part of our effort is to make the EO Hub website responsive from any mobile device.  We are reviewing the overall website design and working to make sure you’ll be able to do everything you could do with the EO Network app on the EO Hub across all mobile devices.

  • WILL WE LAUNCH A NEW EO NETWORK APP?

    Our first priority is making sure our core systems are delivering for our members first.  We are working hard to grow the functions of the EO Hub and our member database to give you the best possible EO experience. In the future, we may create a new EO app, but we are currently focusing on making the EO Hub the most valuable tool for our members.

  • HOW SHOULD I ACCESS THE INFORMATION ON THE EO NETWORK APP ONCE IT’S REMOVED?

    Please access the EO Hub using your browser from any mobile device for an enhanced mobile experience.

  • IF I UPDATE MY INFORMATION ON THE APP, WILL THAT BE UPDATED ON THE EO HUB?

    If you have changed your information on the app after March 22nd, 2021, please check and make sure it’s correct on the EO Hub.

    Behind the new EO Hub is a secure database that ensures your profile information is consistent. This means it is easier for you to connect, communicate with your chapter, or work with different teams across EO.

  • HOW MANY MEMBERS USE THE EO NETWORK APP?

    As of the recent data available, around 4,000 members have downloaded the app, approximately a quarter of our total membership.

  • HOW TO SAVE EO HUB TO YOUR HOMESCREEN!

    Save EO Hub as an app icon to your home screen to access it quickly and easily.

    • iPhone

      • Open the website on Safari (not Chrome)
      • At the bottom of the Safari browser, find and tap on the share icon on the menu bar – it looks like a box with an arrow
      • From the list of sharing options, choose ‘Add to Home Screen
      • Choose a name for the icon – we suggest ‘EO Hub’!/li>
      • Once you click Add at the top, the new icon will appear on your home screen, allowing you to reach the website quickly

      Android

      • Open the website on Chrome (not Safari)
      • Tap the menu icon (3 dots in the upper right-hand corner)
      • Choose a name for the icon
      • Once you have confirmed the name, the new icon will appear on your home screen, allowing you to reach the website quickly

      • Open the website on Chrome
      • Tap the ‘more’ icon (3 dots in the upper right-hand corner)
      • Click More Tools
      • Click Create shortcut
      • Enter a name for the shortcut and click Create
      • The new icon will appear on your home screen, allowing you to reach the website quickly
